I offer In Person Shamanic Breathwork Healing sessions. Breathwork is a powerful technique that moves stuck energy from your body on a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional level. It also helps to release strong emotions from the body like grief, abandonment, abuse, or anger. It opens your heart to receive love, abundance, and joy into your life. The Shamanic Breathwork Journey is enhanced by heart-opening music, medicine songs, and drumming that will allow you to access a higher state of consciousness.
